Starting with benchmark data from typical new build warehouses we work with refrigeration and energy specialist partners and contractors to build efficiency across the full range of building parameters: siting and orientation; chill plant specification; design of refrigerated spaces; slab, structure and doors; electrical heating systems; lighting; MHE; supporting systems and offices. This approach will typically deliver a 15% reduction in energy consumption over a ‘business as usual’ new build.
